SHIPPING

All orders are delivered door to door by Courierpost, Monday to Saturday.

Customers can expect items to be printed within 1-4 days of receiving the order which is couriered asap after the job is printed. Shipping is $10.00 nationwide. For your security we use a signature required service, which is fully trackable.

PRINTING

Proofing provided files is YOUR responsibility when the job is sent to production. Copyfast Ltd cannot be responsible to proof nor approve your work for any typographic errors, omissions or mistakes in either grammar or spelling.

If errors are detected after your approval and the production of your job YOU will be obliged to cover the costs of alterations and re-production.
– PLEASE EXAMINE THE PROVIDED FILE CAREFULLY prior to purchasing via the copyfast.co.nz website or in-store.

The colour of the proof, as they appear on your monitor are only a close representation of the final printed product.. Colours may vary dependent on your monitor’s brightness, contrast and colour adjustment settings.
This proof may appear larger/smaller than actual production size depending on the resolution of your monitor. If colour is imperative please request Copyfast Ltd to provide you with a printed hardcopy proof.

PRICING

All prices are Excl GST & in NZD, unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT GATEWAY

All payments are made through an encrypted secure Payment Express page, no payment or credit card details are stored locally on the Copyfast server. Your purchases from the Copyfast online store will show up on your bank statement as “Copyfast NZ Ltd”.

Copyfast does not accept responsibility for any actual or apparent breach of copyright in respect of copy supplied by the customer (where copyright is not clearly indicated on such copy) and the customer hereby indemnifies Copyfast Ltd or its staff in respect of any claims against Copyfast for such breach of copyright.

Design/files

The client retains copyright of content supplied to us. Any original artwork/files designed or created by Copyfast remain the property of Copyfast. The client/s and/or third parties receive the final product as either a printed product or in digital format such as .PDF and/or other formats at our discretion.
